Investigation of military training injury protection in Chinese People’s Armed Police Force

Abstract:Objective To analyze the duty characteristics and distribution characteristics of the occurrence of military training injuries in Chinese People’s Armed Police Force, making a strict and reasonable training plan to greatly decrease the incidence of military training injuries. Methods Police Force soldiers in a primary duty squadron were recruited as the research objects. Through the literature data, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, of according to the military training injury distribution characteristics and nature of the duty in the squadron from August 2015 to March 2016 a reasonable training plan was proposed. Results The squadron was responsible for the duty of taking into a custody, sentinel to monitors wall. In the soldiers on duty, training acute injuries accounted for 23.70%, chronic injuries accounted for 76.30%, waist injury accounted for 32.67%, ranking the first. Nonstandardized duty action the main factor to cause the injury in training. The first level prevention as the mainly most effective measure of military training injury protection accounted for 76.67%. Conclusions Combining with the characteristics of the squadron, we should correct the essentials of duty to eliminate the factors of long term injury, do a good job in the relaxation and recovery of training bearing area, reasonable arrangement of training courses and the development of training programs can effectively reduce the incidence of military training injuries.
