Relativity between CT signs and expression of CD147 and VEGF in peripheral pulmonary adenocarcinoma |

Abstract Objective To analyze the pathological mechanism of the typical features of lung adenocarcinoma in CT imaging,and to study the relationship between the features and expression levels of CD147 and VEGF. Methods In China-Japan Friendship Hospital and Air Force general Hospital, from 2006 to 2012, 73 cases of lung adenocarcinoma were pathologically confirmed. The wax block for immunohistochemistry and preoperative CT scan data were collected. Using immunohistochemical SP to detect the expression results of CD147 and VEGF in lung adenocarcinoma, positive results were graded according to size and staining intensity of staining. CT signs included spiculation, vacuole sign, spinal, tumor size, deep lobulation, pleural retraction and mediastinal lymph node metastasis. To compare and determine the relationship between the expressions of CD147and VEGF and the features of lung adenocarcinoma CT imaging, and to observe whether there existed correlation between the expression of two genes results and CT signs. Results There was a correlation between the expression of CD147 and CT signs of the syndrome in vacuoles,tumor size,spiculation sign,deep lobulation,mediastinal lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),no correlation with spiculation and pleural indentation(P>0.05).There was correlation between the expression of VEGF and spiculation,spinal,deep lobulation, mediastinal lymph node metastasis (P<0.05),no correlation with tumor size,vacuole sign,pleural indentation sign (P>0.05). Conclusions There is a correlation between some specific CT signs of adenocarcinoma of lung and the expression rate of CD147 and VEGF. The research on the relationship of CD147/VEGF expression and CT signs is helpful to further explore the development process of the tumor, more accurately judge the prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma.
