肿瘤患儿静脉化疗安全管理方法的探讨

Abstract Objective To study the safety management method of intravenous chemotherapy in children with tumor. Methods Data of this pediatric department were collected, e.g. rate of central venous chemotherapeutics infusion, chemotherapy drugs exosmosis, patient satisfaction rate and complaints, etc. And those data were compared with those of 2012 before the implementation of intravenous chemotherapy safety management. Results There were 118 children with tumor in the department from January 2013 to January 2015, and the rate of central venous chemotherapeutics infusion was 98.5%, chemotherapy drugs exosmosis was 0, and patient satisfaction rate was 98.2% with no complaints. However, there were 62 children with tumor in 2012, and the rate of central venous chemotherapeutics infusion was 86.2%, chemotherapy drugs exosmosis was 3.5%, and patients satisfaction rate was 95.9% with 3 children making complaints. Compared with data of 2012, each index improved, including the rate of central venous chemotherapeutics infusion (χ²=178.3, P<0.0001), chemotherapy drugs exosmosis (χ²=72.5, P<0.0001), satisfaction of patients and family (χ²=12.2, P<0.0001). Conclusions The safety management method of intravenous chemotherapy in children with tumor has positive effects, and worth recommendation.
