Abstract Objective To investigate the influence of “Devil-week” extreme training on Armed Police special soldiers’ physical condition in order to effectively prevent and reduce training-caused injuries and improve physical training effects.Methods Ninety Armed Police special soldiers, who participated in the third-quarter“Devil-week” extreme training in 2017, were selected as subjects. Their blood biochemical parameters were detected on the first day and the 7th day of the training, including alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), total bilirubin(T-Bil), direct bilirubin(D-Bil), indirect bilirubin(IBIL), urea(UREA), creatinine(CREA), uric acid(UA), glucose(Glu), triglycerid(TG), total cholestero(TC), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C). Data was analyzed with SPSS 18.0 software.Results The blood levels of ALT, AST, CREA, UA, Glu, TG on the 7th day were obviously higher than those on the first day (P<0.05), but UREA, TC and LDL-C were significantly lower (P<0.05). T-Bil, D-Bil, IBIL and HDL-C were not significantly different after training.Conclusions The“Devi- week” extreme training can greatly affect the physiological function of Armed Police special soldiers, and will possibly have influence on their training levels.
