葛根芩连汤配方颗粒与传统汤剂治疗2型糖尿病疗效比较

Abstract Objective To investigate the efficacy of granules and traditional decoction of Gegenqinlian in 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods One hundred and sixty cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients admitted to our hospital between January 2017 and September 2017 were selected divided into control group(n=80) and treatment group(n=80) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with oral metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets and traditional decoction of Gegenqinlian while the treatment group was given oral metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets and Gegenqinlian granules. Two months later, changes of indicators and the clinical efficacy were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the control and treatment groups was 86.25% and 90.00% respectively (P>0.05). After treatment, FPG, 2 h PG and HbA₁c in the two groups were significantly lower (P<0.05). FPG and 2 h PG were significantly different (P<0.05) between the two groups.Conclusions The granules and traditional decoction of Gegenqinlian have good therapeutic effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus. Gegenqinlian granules can more significantly reduce the levels of FPG and 2 h PG than traditional decoction of Gegenqinlian, so they are worthy of clinical promotion.
