Abstract Immediately after the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia in Wuhan, West China Hospital, as a national regional central hospital, established the work mechanism and started the construction of health care systems by improving the organizational structure, making work plans, optimizing the workflow, strengthening personnel training, implementing MDT, and enhancing medical support in order to provide effective support for the epidemic prevention and control.
