药源性肾损害不良反应/事件报告分析

Abstract Objective To investigate the regularities and related factors of DIKI, and provide reference for clinical drug use. Methods Two hundred and fifty cases of DIKI reported in our hospital between 2006 and 2020 were collected and analyzed statistically in terms of gender, age, time of occurrence, administration routes, outcomes, correlations with ADRs, and the types of drugs involved. Results Among these cases of DIKI, 153 were females (61.20%) and 97 were males (38.80%). Most of the cases of DIKI occurred 1 to 5 years after medication (27.60%). 210 of these cases were above 40 (84.00%), and 162 had sequelae (64.80%). Seventeen categories of drugs and 69 types of drugs were involved, the majority of which were traditional Chinese medicine preparations (62.40%). Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine preparations, antipyretics, analgesics, anti-inflammatory drugs and antibiotics should be monitored more rigorously to reduce the damage of drugs to patients' renal function.
