Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of ganmaidazao Decoction(GMDZ Decoction), zhizichi Decoction(ZZC Decoction)and Gastrodine capsule on ACTH and COR in plasma of PTSD rats. Methods Forty male rats were divided into five groups: control group, model group, group of GMDZ Decoction, group of ZZC Decoction, group of Gastrodine. Using SPS animal model ,three drugs were fed for 14 days after SPS of rats. The plasm levels of ACTH, COR were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results The result showed that the plasm levels of ACTH, COR were significantly increase in SPS model of rats in comparison with control group (P<0. 01). GMDZ Decoction, ZZC Decoction and Gastrodine could descend the contents of ACTH and COR, and there was no significant difference between three drug groups(P>0.05). Conclusions The drugs of GMDZ Decoction, ZZC Decoction and Gastrodine capsule can modulate the endocrine function disorder of PTSD rat.
