Abstract:Objective To analyze the impact of nutritional interventions as part of treatment on clinical outcomes in pediatric patients with acute liver failure. Methods Based on pediatric patients’age groups, we used personalized nutritional interventions, conducted nutritional dynamic monitoring, and adjusted the amount of nutrient intake according to their varying disease stages. Results After nutritional interventions, liver functions of patients were improved; Nutritional status indicators reflecting liver synthesis as serum albumin and fibrin were significantly improved. Conclusions Timely, effective nutritional intervention could improve the recovery of positive nitrogen balance, tolerance, and clinical outcomes in pediatric patients with acute liver failure, which is worthy of further discussion.
