Abstract:Objective To study the nutritional state in march, to formulate the best program of additional energy. Methods Fifty young soldiers who were not formally disciplined were randomly divided into five groups. The soldiers took different energy by mouth in groups A, B, C, D, the group E served as control group. 40 young soldiers marched 300 km, then serum was drawn from the 50 young soldiers.Biochemical methods were used to measure the concentrations of Hb, TG, TC, LDL. Results The concentrations of Hb, TG, TC, LDL in groups A, B, C, D were lower than those in group E, when the energy obtained by eating rose, the concentrations of Hb, TG, TC, LDL elevated(P<0.05), but were lower than those in group E. Conclusions The energy of 50 kcal/(kg·d) can fulfill the need of march.
