Abstract:Objective To investigate the non commissioned officers (NCO )nurses training Methods to improve their medical support and rescue capabilities. Methods Using personal interviews, questionnaires, and other Methods for testing the quality of 162 NCO nurses in 10 Armed Police hospital, to classify the investigation. Results NCO nurses medical support and rescue capacity is weak. In 37.50% of the NCO nurses were not clear for the medical support rescue mission, not aware of the specific work, and had not enough self cognition is to guarantee the rescue mission. In emergency disposal ways, 102 said “lack of knowledge”, accounting for 62.96%. In ability aspects of the rescue scene, 79 said “lack of knowledge”, accounting for 48.77%. The pass rate of emergency first aid knowledge and skills test was low, The rate of first aid techniques theory outstanding achievements was lowest ,only 7.27%. Military physical quality declined. Conclusions NCO nurse emergency treatment technology is not high and lacking of emergency response capacity, It is necessary to take diverse continuing training and other ways to enhance NCO nurse’s medical support and rescue comprehensive ability.
