Investigation and analysis of ARD/ADE induced by levofloxacin and sodium chloride injection

Abstract:Objective To investigate the regularity, characteristics and influential factors of ARD/ADE induced by levofloxacin and Sodium Chloride Injectoon, and to promote rational drug use in the clinic. Methods By restrospective and descriptive study, 798 patients having received levofloxacin and sodium chloride injection in this hospital from January to June in 2013 were analyzed retrospectively in terms of gender, medication duration, drug combination, dosage of ADR/ADE. Results Among 798 cases, the incidence of ADR/ADE was 10.3% and the incidence of ADR/ADE among females was higher. The higher the dose was, the higher the incidence was. The incidence of ADR/ADE was high in digestive system and nervous system. Concluslon The ARDS should be under consideration in choice of levofloxacin and sodium chloride injection.
