Abstract:Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the encapsulation efficiency of ozagrel hydrochloride liposome. Methods The HPLC was used for determination. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (pH=7.0) - acetonitrile - methanol (80∶15∶5) at the detection wavelength of 274 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 10-100 μg/ml, r=0.9997. The inter- and intra- day RSD was less than 0.5 %. The method recoveries were (100.2±0.42) %. The average entrapment efficiency of tartrate indoquinoline liposome was (94.89±0.44)%. Conclusions This method is simple, accurate and can be used to determine the encapsulation efficiency of ozagrel hydroehloride in ozagrel hydrochloride liposome.
