Abstract:Objective To study the change of microcirculation in construction personnel residing on different altitude and for different time before and after oxygen therapy. Methods Microcirculation changes in 2 000 plateau construction personnel in different altitude, 3, 7, 15, 30, 60, 90 d, 1 y before and after oxygen therapy were observed. Results In oxygen groups, microcirculation blood flow, blood vessels, erythrocyte aggregation, tube loop, loop congestion, loop bleeding, vascular plexus under nipple, were better than in no oxygen groups. blood flow integral was significantly reduced before oxygen, comparison before and after was sigmticantlg different (χ2=6.48, P<0.05), comparison of pipe weeks state both showed significant difference (χ2=4.36, P<0.05), scores were significantly higher (P<0.05) at an altitude of more than 5 000, oxygen status before the oxygen tube weeks after integral increased significantly (P<0.01). Other integral and total integral was higher or lower, without statistically significant difference. Conclusions Microcirculation changes are much better than those in groups without oxygen, especially the clarity of blood vessels, the blood flow velocity variation, erythrocyte aggregation, blood vessels, etc.
