Abstract:Objective To study the effect of individualized nursing intervention on colon cancer patients with negative emotion and quality of sleeping. Methods 100 elderly patients with colon cancer who were treated in this hospital from May 2012 to May 2014 were recruited, and according to the different intervention methods, were divided into the FTS group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated by the conventional methods, while the patients in the FTS group were treated with the fast-track nursing methods. Results Compared with the control group, the operation time in the FTS group was shorter, the blood loss was lower, the time for exhaust was earlier, and the hospitalstay was shorter(P<0.05). After the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores in the two groups were significantly lower than before, and in the FTS group were more obvious than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the FTS group was 97.4%, which was higher than 88.7% in the control group with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusions The fast-tract surgery nursing intervention can significantly improve the negative emotions in elderly patients with colorectal cancer after surgery, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
