摘要 2014年新年伊始，英国全科医师Spence[1]发表在国际权威医学期刊BMJ上的《Evidence based medicine is broken》一文引爆了全球医学界。2015年5月29日四川省人民医院Li等[2]关于探讨Meta分析异质性指标I2值的研究在线发表于国际知名期刊PLoS One，此文在国内引起了关于循证医学(Evidence-Based Medicine，EBM)是否存在严重缺陷的大讨论。2015年12月Nature刊发系统评价/Meta分析[3]对国内该领域的工作者起到了鼓舞作用。实际上，早在2009年开始，影响因子最高的SCI收录期刊CA: A Cancer Journal for Clinicians就已开始刊发系统评价/Meta分析[4，5]。时至今日，EBM已正式提出25年，引入中国也已有20年，但仍然广泛存在着对EBM内涵理解不清及误解的情况[6-9]。2013年笔者曾撰文介绍什么是循证医学[9]，此后随着学科的发展及实践的深入，笔者对EBM又有了更深的认知，故再次撰文与同道交流。
