Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of visible precision operation in laparoscopic treatment of acute abdomen for children. Methods A total of 180 children with acute abdomen who were admitted in our hospital from Aug 2017 to Aug 2019 were enrolled in the study. Children were randomly divided into experimental group (n=90) and control group (n=90). Children in the control group were received laparoscopic surgery, and those in the experimental group were assisted with visible precision operation to perform laparoscopic surgery. The operation time, surgical blood loss, ambulation time, recovery time of bowel sound, postoperative exhaust time, length of hospital stay, complications were compared between two groups. Results The operation time, ambulation time, recovery time of bowel sound, postoperative exhaust time, length of hospital stay in experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, surgical blood loss in experimental group were less than those in the control group, complications in experimental group were decreased than those in the control group (P<0.05). After operation, there was significant difference in the above indexes between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusions Visible precision operation has good application effects in the perioperative period in children patients with acute abdomen. It can significantly reduce postoperative inflammation reaction, accelerate postoperative recovery and cause fewer postoperative complications.
