Abstract:Objective To explore the different treatment methods and effects of plasma cell mastitis. Methods Retrospective analysis of 700 patients with plasma cell mastitis took three different treatment methods, namely, direct surgery, anti-tuberculosis treatment surgery, post-treatment surgery. The cause treatment mainly aims at finding the cause of nipple overflow and nipple depression symptoms and actively treating post-treatment surgery. Finally, the therapeutic effect of these three methods is statistically compared. Results In 152 cases of direct surgery, about 11.84% relapsed. The second group was 58 cases of anti-tuberculosis treatment, with poor efficacy, of which 55 cases (94.83%)were all surgically selected. The third group of cause treatment, there are 382 cases(77.96%)of overflow patients, according to the spill analysis and targeted treatment after surgery about 115 cases, none of the re-onset. In the third group, there were 108 patients with nipple insulation, of which 102 (98.15%)had surgery and the recurrence rate after simultaneously correcting nipple insulation was almost zero. Another 6 cases (5.56%)were also combined with nipple overflow, which reduced symptoms after treatment for surgical treatment. Conclusions This study suggests that 700 patients with plasma cell mastitis have high recurrence rate of direct surgery, anti-tuberculosis anti-inflammatory treatment is ineffective, control nipple overflow re-surgery, nipple depression correction recurrence rate is low, the efficacy is more accurate.
