Abstract:Objective To understand the incidence of military training injuries in PAP officers and soldiers stationed on plateaus, and to study its relationship with chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS).Methods A questionnaire survey of 1971 PAP officers and soldiers stationed on plateaus from September 2020 to August 2021 was conducted to collect CFS and training injury incidence, and the influence of different grades, ages, and education, as well as the correlation between the two incidences were also analyzed. Results The incidences of training injuries and CFS were 20.65% and 24.05%, respectively. The mono-factor analysis was used to screen influence factor, and by binary logistic regression, different grades, ages, and education levels had an influence on the incidences of CFS and training injuries (P<0.05). The incidence rate of training injuries was 31.01% in troops with CFS, which was significantly higher than the average, and the troops with CFS were vulnerable to experience multiple injuries(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between military training injuries and CFS in PAP officers and soldiers stationed on Plateaus, and the improvement of training scientificity should be synchronized with the prevention and treatment of CFS so as to ensure the mental health and physical fitness of the troops.
