Abstract Objective To observe the relationship between the treatment of advanced nasopharyngeal non-keratinizing carcinoma (Undifferentiated Carcinoma of Nasopharyngeal Type), the proportion of lymphocyte subsets, quality of life and acute radiation injury. Methods Thirty-five cases of advanced nasopharyngeal non-keratinizing undifferentiated carcinoma were subjected to comprehensive treatment according to NCCN clinical guidelines. The relationship between lymphocyte subsets, quality of life and acute radiation injury was analyzed. Results The proportion of lymphocyte subsets CD4+T was related to quality of life and low scores of acute radiation injury in patients. Conclusion There are close relations between the proportion of lymphocyte CD4 T, quality of life and acute radiation injury.
