Abstract Objective To investigate the sleep quality of CAPF officers and soldiers in summer and winter in tropical zone. Methods PSQI Scale was used to test the sleep quality of 1527 officers and soldiers whose average age was (29.3±7.1) years. There were 1493 males and 34 females, including 226 officers and 1301 soldiers. Results The PSQI Scale scores of CAPF officers and soldiers were obviously higher in summer than that in winter. Conclutions The sleep quality of CAPF officers and soldiers were obviously poorer in summer than that in winter, especially for people who are not from tropical zone.
