昆明山海棠联合氢氯噻嗪对Graves眼病巩固性治疗效果分析

Abstract Objective To study the effect of tripterygium hypoglaucum hutch combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of Graves’ ophthalmopathy.Methods 122 patients with Graves’ ophthalmopathy,whose thyroid function had returned to normal and who were taking a maintenance dose of methimazole, were randomly and equally divided into 3 groups. Group A was given routine treatment, group B was given routine treatment plus tripterygium hypoglaucum hutch, and group C was given routine treatment plus tripterygium hypoglaucum hutch and hydrochlorothiazide. The therapeutic effect was analyzed after 3 months.Results The effective rate was 40%(16/40)in group A,70.7%(29/41)in group B,and 85.3%(35/41)in group C. Group B and C were significantly different from group A(P＜0.05),while group B was significantly different from group C(P＜0.05).Conclusions The combination treatment of tripterygium hypoglaucum hutch and hydrochlorothiazide can improve symptoms of Graves’ ophthalmopathy. So this approach can be used for treating Graves’ ophthalmopathy.
