Impact of endometrial preparation protocols for single frozen-thawed euploid blastocyst transfer on pregnancy outcomes |

Abstract Objective To explore the impact of endometrial preparation protocols for single frozen-thawed euploid blastocyst transfer on pregnancy outcomes.Methods A total of 436 patients who underwent frozen-thawed transfer after preimplantation genetic screening (PGT-A) in the Reproductive Center of No. 924 Hospital of PLA from November 2015 to July 2019 were selected as the subjects. According to endometrial preparation methods, these patients were divided into two groups: the hormone replacement cycle group (HRT group) and the natural cycle group (NC group). The basic data and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in age, endometrial thickness or the distribution of PGT-A indications between the two groups (P>0.05). There was also no significant difference in the HCG positive rate, clinical pregnancy rate, abortion rate or live birth rate (P>0.05).Conclusions In the single frozen-thawed euploid blastocyst transfer cycle, pregnancy outcomes do not vary according to endometrial preparation protocols that should be selected flexibly according to the characteristics of menstruation and ovulation or according to the patient’s schedule.
