新兵人格内外向、积极应对和领悟社会支持对心理弹性影响的路径分析

Abstract Objective To explore the relationship between introversion-extroversion, positive coping, perceived social support and resilience of recruits, and to establish a relationship model so as to contribute to improving the level of recruits’ resilience.Methods A total of 287 Armed Police recruits were tested with the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ), Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ), Perceived Social Support (PSSS) and Resilience Scale for Adults (RSA). The obtained data was statistically analyzed by SPSS and Amos.Results Introversion-extroversion (r=0.516, P<0.01), positive coping (r=0.456, P<0.01) and perceived social support (r=0.530, P<0.01) were positively correlated with resilience. These traits were entered into the multiple regression equation of influencing factors of resilience, in which positive coping had a direct positive effect on resilience while introversion-extroversion and perceived social support had both direct and indirect positive effects on resilience.Conclusions Recruits’ introversion-extroversion, positive coping and perceived social support are protective factors in the formation and development of resilience.
