The patients were examined before and after treatment, including gynecological examination, visual analogue scale (VAS) score, B ultrasound, electrocardiogram, liver and kidney function, coagulation function, and CA125.Results The cure rate of the study group was 73.3%, and that of the control group was 31.1%, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); The total effective rate of the study group was 97.8%, and that of the control group was 82.2%, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); The score of VAS in the study group was (1.9±1.1) and that of in control group was (2.7±1.8) after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); The value of serum CA125 in the study group was (19.62±11.13)U/ml, and that of in control group was (24.78±13.21)U/ml, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions Sanjie Zhentong capsule combined with desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets is safe and effective in treating mild endometriosis.
