叙事医学对特勤疗养员睡眠质量、心理状态及应对方式的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the influence of narrative medicine on the quality of sleep, mental state and coping styles of special duty convalescents. Methods Between May 2020 and April 2021,a total of 90 special duty convalescents who were recuperating in our center were randomly divided into the study group and the routine group.The routine group received routine recuperative interventions, while the study group was additionally treated with narrative medicine. Sleep quality, mental state and coping styles were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in sleep quality, mental state or coping styles between the two groups (P>0.05). After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores in the study group were (34.51±3.14) and (35.35±3.05) respectively, significantly lower than those of the routine group (P<0.05), but the scores of the face, avoidance, and yield dimensions were (22.52±4.15), (14.62±2.14) and (12.25±1.71) points, respectively, which were higher than those of the routine group (P<0.05). The score of sleep quality was (8.42±1.31) points in the study group, which was lower than (12.74±1.42) points in the routine group (P<0.05). Conclusions Narrative medical interventions among special duty convalescents can help improve their sleep quality and coping styles and is also of great significance for improving their mental state.
