Abstract：Objective Combing the work process of inter departments is becoming an important means of improving clinical medical quality and ameliorate medical safety.Methods This paper describes in the design of a collaborative diagnosis system based on OA in hospital, to merge the interdisciplinary collaborative diagnosis into the idea of project management thinking. From the previous interdisciplinary communication to the discussing of diagnosis and treatment, in addition to conduct quality assessment, such procedure could form a closed-loop consultation process in the hospital.Results The whole process of closed-loop management and quality monitoring has been achieved.Conclusions This system has refined the process of interdisciplinary joint diagnosis and the means of supervision, the quality of clinical care effectively has improved, and also provides managers basis of digital management.
