Abstract:Objective To evaluate the early warning indexes related with renal function impairment in recruit training. Methods A total of 126 recruits of mobile forces were selected as research targets. According to the training program, they concentrated on physical training for 2 months and carried out follow-up regular inspection. The 6 test time points were the beginning of the training, 3 days of training, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month and 2 months of training. After getting up, the renal function, urine routine test, urine micro protein and other indexes were measured. Results Urinary microprotein significantly increased after 2 weeks [(20.78±4.45) mg/L], 1 month [(21.62±5.66) mg/L] and 2 months [(21.62±5.66) mg/L], and the changes of serum creatinine (Cr) and serum urea nitrogen (BUN) were within the range of physiological values. There was statistical significance compared with before training (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in urine red blood cell count during training. After transient increase to (138.11±14.07) g/L, myoglobin recovered to nearly normal level [(25.20±11.12) g/L], and the 1 km running performance of recruits was (226.2±19.3) s, which was significantly higher than that before the new training, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions The intensive recruit training program does not cause damage to kidney, and as a more sensitive indicator, urinary microprotein can effectively indicate the early renal function impairment after training.
