After treatment, the HAMA, HAMD and SRSS scores in the Morita therapy group and reading therapy group were lower than those in the control group, the HAMA, HAMD and SRSS scores in the combined group were lower than those in the other three groups, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The overall satisfaction of seafarers with psychotherapy in the combined group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions During the recuperation of submarine seafarers, Morita therapy combined with reading therapy can effectively improve the treatment effect of psychological abnormalities.
