Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of minocycline hydrochloride capsules combined with Huayuquban Capsules for rosacea. Methods 100 recruited patients were randomly divided into two groups , in which treatment group was administered with Huayuquban Capsules and minocycline hydrochloride capsules, while control group was simply treated by minocycline hydrochloride capsules. The time periods of therapy for both groups were 6 weeks. Results The total efficency rate in treatment group was 86% where as that in control group was 68%, there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusions The curative effect and safety of treating rosacea by Huayuquban Capsules combined with minocycline hydrochloride capsules was better than that of minocycline hydrochloride capsules only.
