Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Xingnaojing combined with fasudil on neurological function and hemodynamics in patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 188 patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital between August 2016 and August 2018 were divided into the control group and research group using the random number table method. Patients of the control group(94 cases)received routine treatment, while the study group(94 cases) was additionally given Xingnaojing and fasudil. The clinical efficacy, hemodynamic parameters and incidence of adverse reactions, neurological function scores, related factors and scores of activities of daily living before treatment were compared with those after treatment in both groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the NIHSS, ADL, NSE, S100 beta protein and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) scores of the two groups became significantly better(P<0.05). After treatment, the diastolic low velocity (Vd), systolic peak velocity (Vs) and mean velocity (Vm) of the basilar artery (BA) and middle cerebral artery (MCA) in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Xingnaojing combined with fasudil has a better clinical effect on acute cerebral infarction. It can not only effectively improve the hemodynamics of patients, but also promote the recovery of nerve function.
