Abstract Objective To evaluate the effect of application of EAP (employee assistant program ) to psychological services in the Armed Police Forces. Methods WTBZ1276 soldiers were divided into study group and control group .The assessment was conducted with job satisfaction charts before and after the application of EAP. Results The satisfaction level relating to the job environment, job characteristics, job relationships, payment and the overall satisfaction level in the study group were markedly higher than those in control group with statistical significance(u=2.14,1.98,2.31,2.48,2.19,P<0.01). In the study group, officers’level of satisfaction was positively correlated with the soldiers’.Conclusions The application of EAP facilitates the improvement in job attitude and self assessment of the soldiers, to better effect than routine service.
