独刺大椎穴配合冰麝散外用治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床观察

Abstract Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture at Dazhui with external Bing-she Powder treatment of type cervical spondylosis of nerve root. Methods Senventy-two patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 36 cases in each group. The treatment group was given acupuncture at Dazhui (GV 14) with external Bing-she Powder treatment,while the control group was treated with Jing-tong Granula. The time of therapy continue two weeks, then, the score of VAS was recorded, and the evaluation of symptoms and signs(20 score measuring scale) was also assessed before and after the therapy. At last, the total effective power was compared between two groups. Results There was no significant difference of two scores between two groups before the treatment.After the treatment, both of the increase of VAS scores and the reduction of the score of symptoms and signs decreased of two groups were very significant(P<0.05).However, the indices of the treatment group were better than the control group (P<0.05) . Meanwhile, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.29%, the control group was 82.35%, the treatment group was superior to the later (P<0.05). Conclusions Acupuncture at Dazhui with external Bing-she Powder has distinct curative effect on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type, and is worthy of clinical application.
