The inspection success rate was 86.6% (169/195). The diagnostic positive rate 80.8% (68/84) in digestive bleeding group was higher than in the other groups (P<0.01). The diagnostic positive rate in diarrhea group was 64.7% (11/17), in abdominal pain group was 50.82% (30/59), in weight reduction group was 50% (2/4) and in abdominal distension group was 38.4% (5/13).
