AbstractObjective To study the variation of thrombomodulin (TM) and the correlations with the hypersensitivity troponin T(“hsTnT”for short) in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods The case-control method was used to recruit 30 subjects with AMI and another 30 healthy people as the control group. Enzyme-linked immunoassays were used to detect TM and SPSS was used for data analysis. The correlations between TM and hsTnT were studied. Results TM,creatinine and TM/creatinine ratio were increased in patients with AMI (P<0.05), and TM and TM/Cr ratio were positively correlated with hsTnT (r=0.524,P<0.05;r=0.725,P<0.05).Conclusions TM is increased in patients with AMI, and TM/Cr ratio can be used as a molecular marker ofacute myocardial infarction.
