负荷量双抗血小板联合低分子肝素治疗频发短暂性脑缺血发作的短期疗效

Abstract Objective To investigate the short-term curative effect and safety of a loading dose of aspirin and clopidogrel and low molecular weight heparin(LMWH)on frequent transient ischemic attack (TIA) . Methods Ninety-six patients with TIA were randomly divided into two groups: the control group treated with aspirin and clopidogrel and treatment group treated with a loading dose of aspirin, clopidogrel and LMWH.The clinical effects were analyzed in both groups after one week.Results The total effective rate was 91.67% in the treatment group,which was highter than that in the control group (70.83%) (P<0.01, but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of intractable hemorrhage or gastrointestinal hemorrhage.There was also no significant difference in mucocutaneous hemorrhage or gingi-val hemorrhage between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions A loading dose of aspirin and clopidogrel and LMWH therapy is effective and safe for frequent TIA.
