森田疗法结合阅读疗法对潜艇海员心理异常的干预效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the intervention effect of Morita therapy combined with reading therapy on submarine seafarers' psychological abnormalities during their rehabilitation.Methods A total of 143 submarine officers and soldiers admitted to the Wuhan Special Service Recuperation Center of the Chinese People,s Armed Police Force from February to August 2022 were selected as treatment objects. According to the seafarers' willingness for psychotherapy, they were divided into control group, Morita therapy group, reading therapy group and combination group, with 35, 37, 34 and 37 cases respectively. The control group received conventional psychotherapy such as group psychological counseling, Morita therapy group received additional Morita therapy treatment intervention, reading therapy group received additional reading therapy treatment intervention, and the combination group adopted a combination of conventional therapy, Morita therapy and reading therapy, and the treatment time was one month. The Hamilton Anxiety Disorder Scale (HAMA), the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and the Sleep Self-Report Scale (SRSS) were compared among the four groups before and after treatment, and seafarers' satisfaction with psychotherapy was compared.Results The HAMA, HAMD and SRSS scores of all groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the HAMA, HAMD and SRSS scores in the Morita therapy group and reading therapy group were lower than those in the control group, the HAMA, HAMD and SRSS scores in the combined group were lower than those in the other three groups, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The overall satisfaction of seafarers with psychotherapy in the combined group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions During the recuperation of submarine seafarers, Morita therapy combined with reading therapy can effectively improve the treatment effect of psychological abnormalities.
