血小板参数对年轻男性STEMI患者发病的预测作用

Abstract Objective To assess the predictive role of platelet count(PC) and mean platelet volume(MPV)in young male patients with STEMI(ST elevated myocardial infarcytion).Methods Medical data on 42 male STEMI patients under 45 years old (group A) and on another 49 patients under 45 without ACS(group B)treated in our hospital between January 2015 and January 2016 was retrospectively studied and compared.Results Patients in group A had a significantly higher mean MPV than those in group B[(9.60±0.61)(fl) vs (9.32±0.50)(fl),P=0.033].Multivariate analysis indicated that an increased MPV was an independent predictor of AMI in young male patients(P<0.001).Conclusions An incresed MPV is an independent predictive factor in young male STEMI patients.
