生物反馈电刺激联合凯格尔训练在产后康复中的应用

摘要 目的 探讨生物反馈电刺激联合凯格尔训练在产后康复中的应用效果。方法 选取2022-01至2024-01在火箭军特色医学中心门诊接受治疗的146例产后康复产妇,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组73例。对照组进行凯格尔训练,观察组联合生物反馈电刺激治疗,连续治疗8周。比较两组治疗前后盆底肌力、盆底功能和性生活质量。结果 治疗后,两组Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类纤维肌力较治疗前提高(P<0.05),观察组Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类纤维肌力高于对照组[(4.52±0.57)vs.(2.31±0.53)、(4.37±0.62)vs.(2.53±0.55)](P<0.05);治疗后,两组盆底功能障碍量表(PFDI-20)评分较治疗前提高(P<0.05),观察组盆腔、膀胱、肠道维度评分高于对照组[(80.51±5.73)分 vs. (73.28±5.26)分,(82.53±6.02)分 vs.(76.68±5.84)分,(78.67±5.66)分 vs.(73.05±4.72)分](P<0.05);治疗后,两组女性性功能量表(FSFI)评分较治疗前提高(P<0.05),观察组评分高于对照组[(19.03±1.73)分 vs.(15.16±1.52)分](P<0.05)。结论 产后康复产妇接受生物反馈电刺激联合凯格尔训练治疗能够改善盆底肌力、盆底功能,提高性生活质量。

AbstractObjective To explore the application effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Kegel training in postpartum rehabilitation. Methods A total of 146 cases of postpartum rehabilitation mothers who received treatment in the outpatient department of Characteristics Medical Center of PLA Rocket Force from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into observation group (n=73) and control group (n=73) according to randomized numerical table method. Kegel training was carried out in the control group, and the observation group was combined with biofeedback electric stimulation treatment for 8 weeks. Pelvic floor muscle strength, pelvic floor function and sexual quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the muscle strength of class I and class II fibers of the two groups improved compared with that before treatment (P<0.05), and the pelvic floor muscle strength of the observation group was higher than that of the control group [(4.52±0.57) vs. (2.31±0.53), (4.37±0.62) vs. (2.53±0.55)] (P<0.05); after treatment, the scores of the pelvic floor dysfunction inventory (PFDI-20) of the two groups improved compared with that before treatment (P<0.05), and the scores of pelvic, bladder, and bowel dimensions of the observation group were higher than that of the control group [(80.51±5.73) scores vs. (73.28±5.73) scores before (P<0.05), and the pelvic, bladder, and bowel dimension scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group [(80.51±5.73) vs. (73.28±5.26), (82.53±6.02) vs. (76.68±5.84), and (78.67±5.66) vs. (73.05±4.72)] (P<0.05); after treatment, the Female Sexual Function Inventory (FSFI) scores of the two groups improved compared with the pre-treatment period (P<0.05), and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group [(19.03±1.73) points vs. (15.16±1.52) points] (P<0.05). Conclusions Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Kegel training can improve pelvic floor muscle strength, pelvic floor function and sexual life quality.
