摘要 先天性髋关节发育不良(developmental dysplasia of the hip ,DDH)是临床比较常见的髋关节疾病,发病率为0.4%~1.0%。由于髋臼对股骨头包容性较差,故经常导致髋关节继发性骨关节炎[1]。对于髋关节功能较差的DDH,首选全髋关节置换术(total hip arthroplasty, THA)。由于髋臼及股骨头形态发生明显改变,其手术难度较一般髋骨性关节炎明显增大。2008-03至2015-03,我科DDH患者35例(42髋)行THA术,术后关节功能明显改善,疗效满意。
