长驻高原地区中青年官兵高血压患病率及危险因素分析

Abstract Objective To investigate the risk factors of altitudes affecting young and middle-aged servicemen. Methods 337 young and middle-aged servicemen were recruited, and interviewed with a questionnaire, and their blood pressure, BMI, type-B ultrasonograms of abdomen, chest radiograph, the local climate, elevation, and diet habits, position, native place, and length of service were investigated. Results 1)The prevalence of essential hypertension was 25.43%, and there was an increasing trend along with the growth of the elevation and age.2)Through the single factor analysis, the local tough working conditions, frequent emergency task, lack of cultural and entertainment, low oxygen and low pressure, cold, dietary habit, etc, were related to hypertension. Conclusions Hypertension in middle-aged officers and men in altitudes is the results of mental pressure of the high strength, the dietary habits and the environment factors, The highest prevalence of hypertension lies in leaders and drivers.
