乳管镜下乳头溢液的性状与乳管内病变的相关性

Abstract Objective To investigate the relationship between the color and volume of nipple discharge and intraductal lesions. Methods The clinical data of 174 patients with nipple discharge who underwent fiberoptic ductoscopy (FDS) in this institution from May 2014 through Dec 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of the 174 patients, 83 had intraductal space occupying lesions, including 5 cases of breast cancer, and 91 cases without intraductal space occupying lesions. Compared with bilateral, porous nipple discharge, unilateral, uniforate,bloody and intraductal yellow nipple discharge were of much more clinical significance(P<0.05). Compared with non-bloody nipple discharge, bloody nipple discharge had much more possibility of breast cancer(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between uniforate discharge and porous discharge among the patients with unilateral discharge. Conclusion Nipple discharge is an early manifestation of breast intraductal lesions. Unilateral, single hole, bloody and intraductal yellow nipple discharge means much more possibility of intraductal lesion. Bloody nipple discharge is a risk factor of breast cancer. Uniforate discharge and porous discharge among the patients with unilateral discharge is of similar clinical significance.
