个体化综合干预对肺部肿瘤患者陪护者的心理负担影响

Abstract Objective To study the effect of individualized integrated interventions on the psychological burden of caregivers for patients with lung cancers.Methods One hundred and seventy-two caregivers for patients with lung cancers who were treated between July 2015 and July 2016 in the Department of Thoracic Surgery at Cancer Hospital of Peking University were randomly selected and divided into intervention group (88) and control group (84). The intervention group received 3-months of individualized integrated interventions, while the control group was given routine care instructions. All the caregivers were assessed for psychological burden with Zarit caregiver burden interview (ABI), Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) and General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) before interventions, one month and 3 months after interventions, respectively. The burden scores of the two groups were compared.Results The burden scores of the intervention group(36.92、37.41) were lower than those of the control group(36.92、37.41) both one month and three months after interventions, while the scores of resilience, strength, optimism and psychological resilience were higher in the intervention group (55.91、32.59、23.09、10.85) than in the control group(54.78、29.25、19.17、9.39). Along with interventions, the intervention group had lower scores of self-efficacy. The difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).Conclusions Individualized integrated interventions can reduce the psychological burden of caregivers for lung cancers, and are worthy of clinical popularization.
