稳定肌群压力反馈仪对腰部稳定性测试的重测信度及其对iQ脉冲枪干预的敏感性

Abstract Objective To study the retest reliability of Stabilizer Pressure Biofeedback for low back stability and the sensibility to iQ impulse adjusting instrument.Methods Twenty-two teachers from one school were tested by Stabilizer Pressure Biofeedback in the supine and prone position between May and September 2018.Each of them was asked to participate in three tests which included two retests at an interval of three days and one test with iQ impulse adjusting instrument. On each test, the subjects were asked to reach the maximum value and maintain it for ten seconds. The pressure variation (upper limits and lower limits)was recorded.Results (1)In the prone position, there was no statistically significant difference between the upper and lower limits, and the correlation coefficients were 0.734 and 0.798(P<0.01)respectively on the retest test, compared with 0.866 and 0.870(P<0.01)respectively on the intervention test.(2) In the supine position, there was no statistically significant difference between the upper and lower limits, with the correlation coefficients being 0.798 and 0.767(P<0.01)respectively on the retest test, compared with 0.955 and 0.956(P<0.01)respectively on the intervention test.Conclusions In the supine position, Stabilizer Pressure Biofeedback exhibits high retest reliability and good sensibility to the intervention stimulation, but in the prone position, it is hard to reflect intervention changes though there is some retest reliability. Therefore, the supine position test of Stabilizer Pressure Biofeedback is a simple and practical method to assess lumbar function.
