针灸预处理对心脏手术患者预后影响的Meta分析

Abstract Objective To evaluate the effects of acupuncture on the prognosis of patients after cardiac surgery.Methods The PubMed,Cochrane Library, Web of Science,EMBASE,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases were searched for thestudies on the effects of acupuncture on the prognosis of patients after cardiac surgery. The RevMan 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis of the included studies.Results 13 RCTs and 979 patients were included for meta-analysis. Compared to the control groups, acupuncture could reduce the ventilation time for patients undergoing cardiac surgery[MD=1.73, 95% CI (1.41,2.05), P<0.00001]; reduce the time of ICU stay[MD=9.01, 95% CI (2.87,15.14), P= 0.004] and hospital stay[MD=2.00, 95% CI (1.01,2.98), P<0.0001] for patients undergoing cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass;and reduce the incidence of postoperative cognitive disorders at 3 d after surgery [RR=0.24, 95% CI (0.12, 0.48), P< 0.0001]and postoperative nausea and vomiting at 24 h after surgery[RR=0.52, 95% CI (0.36, 0.74), P=0.0003]and visual analogue scale [MD=0.39, 95% CI (0.19,0.58), P< 0.0001].Conclusions Acupuncture could improve the prognosis and reduce the side effects in patients after cardiac surgery.
