Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal sonography contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (TVS-CEUS) in the diagnosis of early endometrial carcinoma. Methods A total of 96 patients with early endometrial adenocarcinoma diagnosed pathologically from March 2016 to October 2021 were selected. All of them underwent transvaginal sonography (TVS), contrast ultrasonography (TS-CEUS) and enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (CEMRI) before surgery. The pathological examination results were used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic value of the three methods for stage Ia endometrial cancer, and to investigate the consistency of the three examination methods for stage Ia endometrial cancer and pathological results. Results All indicators of TVS-CEUS were significantly higher than those of TVS, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), while CEMRI and TVS-CEUS showed no significant difference. Kappa test showed that TVS had poor consistency with pathology (Kappa=0.137, P=0.152), and THE Kappa values of TTVS CEUS and MRI were 0.737 and 0.819 respectively, which had fair consistency with pathology (P<0.01).Conclusions TTVS-CEUS is characterized by high clinical value in differential diagnosis of stage Ia a endometrial carcinoma, which can be used as a preoperative routine examination method.
