大肠癌组织因子与淋巴管形成的关系

Abstract Objective To investigate the correlation between tissue factor (TF) and lymphangiogenesis in colorectal cancer. Methods Operation records of resected colorectal cancer and corresponding paraffin block of resected primary tumors from 2011/1/1 to 2012/1/1 in this hospital were collected. By immunohistochemistry, the expression of TF, podoplanin in tumor tissues, and microlymphatic vessel density,were observed,and the microlymphatic vessel density between TF positive and negative expression groups. Results The microlymphatic vessel density in positive TF group(47.23±26.12). was higher than that in negative group(36.77±21.56). Conclusions There is high correlation between TF and microlymphatic vessel density in colorectal cancer.
