并叶段支气管狭窄的慢性气道疾病研究进展

摘要并叶段支气管狭窄的慢性气道疾病好发于老年、非吸烟、女性,具有明显的地域及环境暴露特征,长期生物烟雾暴露可能是其直接病因,结核感染可能直接或间接参与该病发展进程。该病在胸部CT上表现为叶段支气管多发狭窄,气管镜下可见双侧支气管黏膜增生、肿胀、管腔扭曲狭窄或闭塞,伴或不伴色素沉积,但因与慢性支气管炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病等疾病表现相似临床不易鉴别。本文综述并叶段支气管狭窄的慢性气道疾病研究进展,为临床研究提供参考。
