Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Guyouling rub combined with topical loxoprofen sodium gel paste in the treatment of knee joint training injury. Methods A total of 136 patients with knee joint training injury admitted to Beijing Municipal Corps Hospital of Chinese People's Armed Police Force from June 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method. The control group was treated with topical loxoprofen sodium gel paste, and the experimental group was treated with Guyouling rub combined treatment. The pain scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment, and the complications of the two groups were observed. Results Compared with the control group (85.29%), the therapeutic effect of experimental group (97.06%) was better (χ2=16.046, P=0.000). Compared with the control group, the pain scores of experimental one were significantly lower at 1 month and 3 months after treatment (P<0.05). Compared with the control group (14.71%), the complication rate of experimental group (2.94%) was lower (χ2=5.849, P=0.016). Conclusions Guyouling Rub combined with topical loxoprofen sodium gel paste is effective in the treatment of knee joint training injury, which can significantly improve the function of knee joints, relieve pain and reduce complications.
