Abstract:Objective To study the combined detection value of color Doppler ultrasound, molybdenum target and MRI for early breast cancer. Methods From January 2018 to October 2019, 118 patients with suspected early breast cancer who had been detected by color Doppler ultrasound, molybdenum target and MRI before operation were retrospectively analyzed. In terms of sensitivity, specificity and accuracy, the postoperative pathological diagnosis was taken as the gold standard, and the differences of color Doppler ultrasound, molybdenum target, MRI and their combined detection were compared. Results Among 118 patients, breast cancer was suspected to be detected preoperatively: color Doppler ultrasound in 87 cases, molybdenum target in 88 cases, MRI in 92 cases, and 103 cases were detected by combination of the three. Preoperative detection of benign breast lesions: color Doppler ultrasound in 31 cases, molybdenum target in 33 cases, MRI26 in 26 cases, combined detection of the three in 15 cases; Postoperative pathology diagnosed 106 cases of breast cancer and 12 cases of benign breast lesions. The sensitivity of color Doppler ultrasound, molybdenum target, MRI and their combined detection are 79.25%, 80.19%, 84.91% and 97.17% respectively. The specificity was 75.00% for color Doppler ultrasound, 75.00% for molybdenum target, 83.33% for MRI, and 100.00% for combination of the three. The accuracy rates were 78.81% for color Doppler ultrasound, 79.66% for molybdenum target, 84.75% for MRI, and 97.46% for combination of the three. In terms of sensitivity, specificity and accuracy, the combined detection of color Doppler ultrasound, molybdenum target and MRI is higher than each single detection, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusions Combined application of color Doppler ultrasound, molybdenum target and MRI to detect early breast cancer has greatly improved sensitivity, specificity and accuracy, and its clinical value is worthy of promotion.
